2. Pass certificate.

3. Migration Certificate (Other than CBSE schools).

4. Transfer Certificate (TC should be counter signed by DEO incase of those who

are coming from boards other than CBSE).

5. Conduct Certificate.

6. Date of Birth Certificate.

The above mentioned certificates in original and a set of Xerox copies are required.
